Description
Productivity often has to do with addressing the same tasks over and over again as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, this prevents your team from challenging themselves to really think. And the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset can be a hard one to break. But when you encourage and inspire creative thinking, your employees will begin to see the bigger picture and retarget their productive focus on issues with a deeper human impact.
Communication, integrity, inclusion, and sensitivity to the needs of the employees round out the qualities and characteristics of these session. The ability to communicate that passion, purpose, and meaning to others helps establish the inspirational culture of your organization. To experience inspiration, people need to feel included. Inclusion goes beyond the realm of listening and providing feedback. For real inclusion, people need to feel intimately connected to the actions and processes leading to the accomplishment of the current and future goals of the company. This is where ISRID, as your inspiration sidekick, brings in her expertise and network to be an orchestrator of your tailor-designed Team Inspiration Session.
The Team Inspiration Session helps your team to (re)connect with these fundamental layers and learn new skills and mindsets that aren’t necessarily work-related but will benefit them on the job. All building blocks of the session contribute to the experience: From location, guest speakers, company or site visits up to challenges, idea-bootcamps and discussions. These are all activities that require participation and it’s easy and motivating to feel inspired when the entire team is learning new skills together and having fun while doing it.
A Team Inspiration Session is designed as a full day program and can be provided in Dutch or in English. ISRID offers a portfolio for unique session-locations and works with a network of dedicated specialists and experts for inspirational co-training and co-speaking.
